This high-performance sports drink is easily mixed in a bottle to deliver either 40 grams or 80 grams of carbohydrates per bottle. It’s ideally suited to training and races of 2 hours and above. A precise 1:0.8 ratio of glucose to fructose ensures optimal carbohydrate uptake without causing you digestive or stomach issues. 

The refreshing flavour will encourage you to drink regularly, and a mix of electrolytes maintains excellent fluid balance for the duration of your efforts. 

How to mix: 

The Turbo Drink 1:0.8 sports drink can be mixed in two different carbohydrate dosages: 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates.

-Turbo Drink with 40 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of powder (3 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink is ready to use.

-Turbo Drink with 80 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 85g of powder (5 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink is ready to use.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, fructose, sodium chloride, potassium gluconate, magnesium citrate, trisodium citrate, calcium gluconate, acidity regulator (organic citric acid), natural flavour.
