Scarpa Mojito Gore-Tex Dark Rock

The Scarpa Mojito Gore-Tex updates one of the brand’s most recognisable silhouettes with added wet-weather protection for everyday wear. Built for urban use and mixed conditions, this version keeps the familiar low-profile Mojito shape while introducing a GORE-TEX lining that helps keep feet dry on rainy days without compromising breathability.

The upper is made from water-repellent suede calf leather with a soft, writing touch, giving the shoe a refined surface and a more tactile finish than a standard smooth leather. A rubber protective toe cap adds reinforcement at the front, useful for daily wear in the city and on uneven ground.

One of the defining details is the climbing-inspired extended lacing. Running further toward the toe than on a conventional sneaker, this construction helps wrap the foot more precisely and allows for a more personalised fit. Scarpa combines holes and eyelets in the lacing system to increase adjustability, making the Mojito Gore-Tex especially well suited to long walks and all-day wear. It also comes with a double set of laces, offering both contrasting and tone-on-tone options.

Underfoot, the shoe is designed to balance softness, stability and day-long comfort. The Spyder sole uses an EVA midsole for cushioning and natural shock absorption, while the Vibram® rubber outsole is built for secure grip and durability. Lateral protection further supports the sole package, adding structure around the base of the shoe.

The lining features a GORE-TEX BlueSign Approved membrane and is made without DWR treatment and PFC-free. Together, this gives the Mojito Gore-Tex a more considered material profile while maintaining the practical benefit of waterproof and breathable weather protection. Scarpa’s Activ Fit approach also underlines the comfort-focused design, with shape and construction developed to support a natural, stable fit.

For daily commuting, travel, and extended walking in variable weather, the Mojito Gore-Tex is a versatile choice that brings together outdoor footwear DNA and an understated urban format. It is also resoleable through official Scarpa resole shops, extending the usable life of the shoe over time.
