A 600D waterproof and anti-abrasion ripstop shell with PRC coating helps resist water ingress and wear during repeated loading, roof rack transport, and airport handling. Inside, 10mm foam protection with PE foam internal walls adds structure, cushioning, and insulation around the board, while dedicated nose and tail impact protection plates reinforce the areas that typically take the hardest hits in transit.

This cover is also shaped around real surf travel use. The expandable fin and tail gusset makes it easier to carry your board with or without fins installed, reducing setup time between sessions and transfers. A dedicated wetty stash pocket with drainage gives you a separate place to store a wetsuit or damp gear on the way back, keeping the rest of your kit more organised.
