This updated Classic Cover uses a 420D water-resistant ripstop shell, paired with a PU-coated inner wall to help reduce water ingress or leakage. A reversed coil nylon zipper and marine-grade zip hardware further support long-term use in coastal conditions, where corrosion resistance and smooth function matter.

The bag features 5mm foam padding through the internal walls, helping shield the board from everyday knocks, pressure, and temperature variation during transport.
