Ristretto Technology

A new clothing technology for creating warmth when cycling in winter while keeping you sweat-free. Ristretto fabrics allow an imperceptible amount of air to pass through, so you won't even notice it. But this air permeability allows jerseys and jackets to breathe far better than traditional membrane cycling tops. The Espresso Air also gets a cosy fleece inner face, enabling you to take on colder temperatures and cope with varying degrees of effort while remaining perfectly warm. 

Fit for Winter

The Espresso Air Jacket offers plenty of stretch, letting you enjoy a streamlined fit, just what's needed for conserving winter watts when building your fitness base. Castelli has also applied a PFAS-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, fending off passing rain showers and damp roads. Double-layer cuffs keep warmth in and integrate with winter gloves, too. The front zipper is two-way, letting you open from top or bottom, making it simple to regulate your body temperature. 

Three back pockets provide plentiful storage. To keep the contents secure, Castelli has added a security lip to the top of the pockets. A reflective stripe under the pockets gives added visibility on darker winter mornings and evening rides.
