##OTE Duo Energy Bar 65g The OTE Duo Energy Bar 65g is a specially formulated rice based solid carbohydrate source, inspired by the popular rice cakes consumed by professional cyclists around the world. Rice cakes are easy to digest and kind on the stomach, and so OTE's top nutritionists used this as their inspiration for the duo bar. The gluten-free formula has no artificial flavours, sweeteners or colours; ensuring it's easily digestible and the perfect antidote to harsh gels or energy drinks. The pack is split into two portions, each delivering 20 grams of carbohydrate and 3.5 grams of protein. This combination will keep you fueled while keeping muscle fatigue at bay.
