How To Use

Tablets dissolve slowly in the mouth; each tablet provides about 15 kcal. Take from 6 to a maximum of 13 tablets, based on the intensity and duration of the activity (13 tablets in case of intense and sustained physical exertion). 9 tablets a day are a source of pantothenic acid (0.9 mg), which contributes to fatigue and tiredness reduction and to normal energy metabolism.
