Designed for intermediate and above all-terrain resort riders, this board takes the award-winning geometry of the D.O.A. series and upgrades the construction for more speed, sharper edge control, and a more energetic ride across varied resort terrain.

At the core of the board is Capita’s Resort V1 camber profile, a shape that blends the benefits of traditional camber, zero camber, and reverse camber. The result is a board with strong pop and response, while keeping turn initiation more predictable and less demanding than a fully traditional camber design. Combined with a medium flex, rated 6 out of 10, the Super D.O.A. Wide is positioned as a balanced all-round board with enough support for speed and power, but still usable for riders who want versatility rather than an overly aggressive feel.

The construction focuses on reducing weight and increasing response. The Megalite Skin topsheet uses a super thin matte lamina with a claimed 60% weight reduction over Capita’s regular topsheets. Underneath, 2 layers of Holysheet Triaxial Fiberglass, the 3D Thermopolymer Supercore, and Supercarbon work together to create a lightweight but durable chassis with added energy and pop. Capita also notes the use of recycled thermopolymer inlaid channels and P.E.T. recycled plastic core components, alongside production using clean energy.

For riders who value glide and acceleration, the board is equipped with the HyperDrive ADV base and finished with a Moonshot Omni-Tune. Capita positions this setup for high-speed performance, with the base focused on low friction and the tune designed to help water clear efficiently. On edge, Fortress Aramid Bound Sidewalls reinforce the board by binding sidewall and core material together through a lightweight aramid wrap construction.
